Legal & Tax Status

The Earthville Network™ is a nonprofit organization recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) public charity. Accordingly, all charitable contributions to the Earthville Network are tax-deductible in the USA to the extent allowed by law.

The Earthville Network was initially incorporated in the state of California in 2000, and later relocated to the state of Colorado in 2020.

Earthville also operates with charitable status in other countries through its affiliates in those countries. Contributions may or may not be tax-deductible in other countries, so please consult your tax advisor and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Nondiscrimination Policy

The Earthville Network, in carrying out its educational purposes (including, but not limited to the granting of admission to enroll or participate in any of its institutions or programs, public events, or other such functions), will not discriminate against anyone on the basis of gender, color, nationality, ethnic background, religious affiliation or beliefs, physical disability, or sexual orientation.
